The Impact of Social Capital and Its Economic Effect in the Compulsory Social Transformation:Based on the Actual Survey Data from the Three Gorges Project Resettlement

Based on the actual survey data from the Three Gorges Project Resettlement,the paper examines the impact of social capital and its economic effect in the compulsory social transformation by quantitative analysis method.The result shows that the social capital of migrants has undergone a negative change and is conditioned by the degree of satisfaction after migration in the passive migration process.The social capital,which has a significant influence on gain of economic status,plays an important role in supplying the formal systems;for instance,resettlements supplement system.
