The relationship among the constitutive indicators of quality of life in rural elderly

Wang Haijun;Jia Xiumin;Wang Binyan; et al(Satation of Hygiene and Anti-epidemic in Bazhou City,Bazhou 302750)  
Factor analysis and linar structural relationship model(LISREL) were used to analyse the relationship among the constitutive indicators of quality of life. Handicap factor,social support factor,satisfaction factor,physical health factor,vision and auditory factor were the indicators used for analysis. Using the linear struatural relationship model,there were 13 observable variables.reflecting the quality of life. There were 5 latent variables(nonobservable variable) influencing the life satisfaction and psychological health,and their interrelationship were quite complicate. Some indicators possessed direct effect on psychological health or satisfaction,others had indirect influences. The factors that influenced life satisfaction were economic status,physical health,and functional status,but psychological configuration might have something to do with the status of physical health,and function. The results also suggest that LISREL is and important method to analyse the complicated relationship among many variables.
