Photoelectric Characteristic of Glass with SnO_2:F Thin Films

SnO_2∶F films have excellent photoelectric characteristics. Principles and main technical parameters of spray pyrolysis technique for glass coating are obtained.The square resistance is below 2Ω/cm~2. Transmission in visible region is over 90%, and high reflectance appears in near infrared region.
