Studies of suppression on invasion and metastasis ability of high metastatic human lung tumor cell line

Objective: In order to further elucidate the anti metastatic mechanism of PJA、ICA, PG cells were treated with PJA、ICA in vitro Methods:In this study , adhesion assay, invasion assay, migration assay, RT PCR technique and immunohistochemical straining were used Results:PJA、ICA could decrease PG cells adhesive ratio to laminin substrate and decreased the ability of invasion or migration On the other hand, PJA、ICA reduced the expression of CD44V6、LN R and CK18 of PG cells At the same time, the relative expression levels of both c myc and Tiam 1 mRNA decreased compared with that of the control On the contrary, a tendency of the enhancement in the expression level of Nm23 H1 mRNA was also observed Also found that PJA and ICA had cooperative function Conclusion:These results suggest that PJA、ICA may play anti metastatic roles at many aspects
