The regression results show that the poor benefit from the investment in rural infrastructure. The regression results also shed lights on the linkages between infrastructure investment and benefit of the poor. The empirical study shows that the impacts of investment in infrastructure depend on human capital. The findings imply that though the poor benefits from the rural infrastructure investment, but was not equally. The rural household with much more human capital benefit more from the public investment.
