Optimization of liquid cultural conditions of wild edible fungi with Se-accumulation

Compound potato culture medium was chosen as the optimal basal medium for the liquid cultivation of wild edible fungi with Se-accumulation X14 through the single-factor experiments. It was found that optimum carbon and nitrogen source were soluble starch and peptone respectively. The optimal fermentation conditions was obtained through single factor tests and orthogonal test as followed: inoculum 5%, medium volume 100ml/250ml flask, temperature 26℃, rotation rate 275r/min, initial pH 7.0 and culture time 6d.
