Extraction technology of polysaccharides from tea flower

YANG Yuming,MA Juanjuan,HUANG A'gen(College of Food Science and Engineering,Yangzhou University,Yangzhou 225001,China)  
Polysaccharides were extracted with water bath.The influences of temperature,time and the ratio of liquor and material on extraction yield of polysaccharides were discussed.Orthogonal test design was adopted to study these three factors.Results showed the best technical condition was as follows: extraction temperature was 90℃,extraction time was 120 min and the ratio of material and liquor was 1∶40.The extraction yield of polysaccharides was 2.126% in the optimal technical condition.It provided the basis for further research and development of tea plant flower resource.
