Lipid extraction of yeast by acid-heating extraction

The acid-heating extraction was a simple and efficient method of lipid extraction.The single factor such as hydrochloric acid concentration,hydrochloric acid dosage,processing time by hydrochloric acid,alcohol dosage and organic solvent were determined,and the best extraction condi-tions through orthogonal experiment were selected for further study.The results were as follows: aether 10 ml and petroleum ether 10 ml,hydrochlo-ric acid concentration 4 mol/L,hydrochloric acid dosage 10 ml,processing time by hydrochloric acid 8 min,alcohol dosage 12 ml.It's content fatty acid were palmitic acid 20.78 %,stearic acid 4.57 %,oleic acid 59.9 %,linoleic acid 11.36,linolenic acid 0.23 %,others 3.16 %.
