A Dynamic Response Analysis of Aqueduct Based on Theories of Deep Water Waves

Based on the theory of fluid dynamics,the calculation formulas for the wave height and hydrodynamic pressure in aqueduct structures are derived on theories of deep water waves.Implementation method is given in the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The dynamic response analysis has been finished on four kinds of working conditions in aqueduct structures.The results show that the damping effect of water wave has a great effect on the dynamic response of aqueduct structure.
