A Study of Spatial Variation Theory in Dam Safety Monitoring Displacement Fields

In order to use the limited observational data of dam displacement analysis of situations of internal displacement,This paper applies Kriging,based on spatial variability theory method to dam safety monitoring displacement to contour interpolation fitting.The Kriging method is based on the variogram function as basic tools.Research is done on regionalized variables based on the structural characteristics of the spatial distribution regularities of considering randomness of spatial variables,and the structure of Mathematical Geology methods.This paper studies a large hydropower station in China.It draws a contour map of the displacement field by Kriging.Compared with the numerical model,it shows that the method can be effectively applied to dam safety monitoring data interpolation fitting,form the contours of displacement,and to provide a basis for the visualization of dam safety monitoring data.
