Growth and Transplanting of Tube-Plantlets Derived from Variants with Higher Heat Tolerance of B.campestris var.Chinensis and the Observation for Their Quality and Field-Characters

The effects of different concentration of sucrose,IBA and MET in medium on growth and rooting of tube-plantlets were compared using variants with higher heat tolerance of B campestris var Chinensis as donor materals The effects of different medium,days for plantlets hardening and days for maintaining humidity on transplanting survival rate of tube-plantlets were also investigated The content of endogenous amino acid within leaf of the variants were tested and the heat-Tolerance,water-logging tolerance and disease resistance of the variants were observed in field The results showed that the vigor and rooting of plantlets were improved by adding 2% sucrose,0 1mg/L IBA and 0 1mg/L MET in medium; the transplanting survival rate of tube-plantlets were able to be increased by using medium of perlit,hardening plantlets for 5 days and maintaining humidity for 10 days Compared with the original variety,the variants with higher content of amino acid,heat tolerance,water-logging tolerance and disease resistance were selected from tested materials
