Screening of High Laccase-Producing Strain from Trametes and Preliminary Study on Its Fermentation Conditions

Zhu Mingqi, Cao Zhimin, Li Zhenqi(College of Plant Protection, Northwest A & F University, Yangling Shaanxi 712100)  
A white-rot fungi Trametes subsuaveolens 03588 which could produce laccase was isolated. The fermentation conditions in shaking flasks were investigated. The optimal carbon source was dextrose and NH4NO3 was the optimal nitrogen source. Medium pH was 6.0, and culture temperature is 28℃.
