Role of Acetosyringone in Plants Transformation Researcher

The papers has been published between the 1980 ’ s and 2007 in relation to the effect of acetosyringone (AS) on plant genetic transformation, for example, the effect of AS on transformed plants and transformation frequency as well as the interaction between AS and transformation methods, were analysed. Here we discussed the effects on the action model of AS by genetypes of transformed objects, transformation methods, the time and dosage of AS which was added and the pH value of medium used for transformation. From that we can become a conclusion that AS could enhance transformation frequency, acidic cultures also favoured the function of AS, et al. . Based on above, we can indicated that AS plays an important role during plants genetic transformation.
