Advance of Research on Mature Physiological and Preservation Technology of Kiwifruit

This paper reviewed the research on kiwifruit postharvest physiology and preservation technology in the latest years.The postharvest physiology contained the change of hardness,change of fruit flavor and color,change of inclusion,ethylene metabolism,enzyme activity and the preservation technology includes hormone preservation,physical preservation,chemical preservation.This study would contribute to the healthy development of the kiwifruit industry.
