Study on the Water Status of the Wheat Leaves Diagnosed by the Spectral Reflectance

Surface features spectro comparator was used to probe the effect of water content of the wheat leaves on spectral absorption feature parameters of NIR.The results showed that high absorption features of the spectral reflectance near 1.45μm can clearly reflect the water status of the wheat leaves,and can be regarded as the index of the ground remote sensing.The linear regression model between the water content of the wheat leaves and the absorption depth or area of the spectrum were obtained on the basis of the data observed.Thus the spectral reflectance can be used to diagnose the water status of the wheat leaves.
