An interpolation evaluation model for regional water resources sustainable utilization system

Evaluation of regional water resources sustainable utilization system is a core problem of regional sustainable development strategy research.Nowadays the evaluation models of re-gional water resources sustainable utilization system mostly express the complex relation of eval-uation indexes and evaluation grades by obvious mathematics functions,the formats of the evalu-ation functions will alter according to the evaluation contents of the regions concerned and it is very difficult to resolve the evaluation functions.For this reason,a new model for evaluation purposes named SP model is presented based on Shepard interpolation technique.The results of case studies show that SP model is directly driven by the sample data produced from evaluation grade standard of regional water resources sustainable utilization system,the modeling method is convenient and effective,and the model can be applied to evaluate other regional natural re-sources sustainable utilization system.
