Biosynthesis of Glucose Oxidase and Catalase by Aspergillus niger ZBY7

Biosynthesis of glucose oxidase and catalase by Aspergillus niger ZBY7 was studied. CaCO_3 was a particularly strong inducer of glucose oxidase and catalase. The models of their production were types of continuous synthesis. The maximum specific growth rate, growth yield coefficient, the glucose utilization coefficients (Y(GOD/S) and Y(CAT/S)) were respectively 0097 h-1,0075 g·g-1,2934 μmol·min-1·g-1,38917 μmol·min-1·g-1. Metal ion can inhibit glucose oxidase, anion can inhibit glucose oxidase and catalase,while reductive compounds can activate glucose oxidase. 
