A DETECTION METHOD OF ECG USINGWAVELET TRANSFORM

Wavelet transform is used to detect the QRS complex of ECG signal.The ECG signal is decomposed with a dyadic spline wavelet by Mallat al-gorithm. The equivalent filter of the dyadic wavelet transform is propo-sed to analyze the relation between the signal singularity (R peak)and thezero-crossing point of the modulus maximum pair of its wavelet transfo-rm. Some strategies are applied to fortify the algorithm robustness to no-ise and to increasr the QRS detection rate. Using wavelet transform, theQRS detection rate examined by the MIT/BIH arrhythmia database is ab-ove 99.8%.
