Study on Determination of Trace Copper(Ⅱ) by CatalyticKinetic Discoloring Spectrophotometry

A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Copper(Ⅱ) has been establishedbased,on its inhibttory effect on the oxidation discoloration rection of malachite green by NaIO4,on hit in HAC-NaAC.The range of measurement is 4-16ng /mL Copper(Ⅱ),The detertion limit of the method is 4.70×10-9g/mL.The method was applied to determine trace copper in the teas with satisfactory results,and therate of recovery offrom 97.0% to 103.5%.
