Effects of egg yolk lecithin on mice nerve excitation

Autonomic activity test,Miriam hole plate test and avoiding darkness test were measured with the indexes of autonomic activity times,Miriam hole plate times,incubation period and mistake times of avoiding darkness test to determine the nervous excitation and passive escaping ability of mice which were rared for 90 d with egg yolk lecithin(40%,50%,67%).The results showed that egg yolk lecithin could increase the nervous excitation and passive escaping ability of mice.After 70 d intragastric administration,there was significant differences between middle group and control group in autonomic activities frequency(P0.05),and between high dosage group and control group in Miriam hole plate experiment(P0.05).After 80 d intragastric administration,there was significant differences between experimental groups and control group in incubation period(P0.01),but there was no significant differences between experimental groups and control group in mistake times.
