The detection and drug resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis in the urinary and reproductive tract infections in Shantou area

Objective To investigate detection and drug resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis in the urinary and reproductive tract infections in Shantou area.Methods In 855cases patients with urogenital tract infection were chosen,Drug sensitivity kit was used to carry on the Mh and Uu culture,identification,And the 9kinds of antimicrobial susceptibility test,analysis of its drug resistance.Results 855cases were detected Uu positive in 307 cases(35.9%),Mh was positive in 15cases(1.8%),Mh and Uu were positive in 76cases(8.9%).Uu and Mh drug sensitive rate is higher for Pune mycin,josamycin,doxycycline,tetracycline antibiotics,drug resistance rate is higher for ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin.Conclusion There is a higher probability of UU and MH pathogens genitourinary tract infection in Shantou area,and to many antibiotics,The clinical medication can be selected according to the antimicrobial susceptibility test.
