Bottom Loss of the Ship′s Low Frequency Noise from a Horizontally Stratified Sea Bottom

This paper consider the transmission of the ship′s low frequency acoustic wave through a horizontally stratified fliud sediment layer(continuously varying density and sound speed) sandwiched a uniform fluid above(representing the ocean) and a uniform solid substrate below.And an exact formal expression is found for the complex reflection coefficient of he ship′s low frequency noise from this horizontally stratified sea bottom.A number of numerical computed results is presented from this propagation model.
