A Preliminary Study on Luminescent Ceramic Powder of Zinc Aluminate Material

The ZnAl2O4:Eu2+ luminescent powder has been prepared by the combustion method using ZnAc2,Al(NO3)3,Eu(NO3)3 and Dy(NO3)3 as reactant materials.The preparing conditions,such as raw material ratio,reaction time and reaction temperature,have been researched preliminarily.The one for the preparation of ZnAl2O4:Eu2+ with best blue fluorescence is: Eu2+/Al3+ 1/25,Dy3+/Al3+ 0,the reaction time 30 min.and the reaction temperature 700℃.
