Influence of Different Conditions on Red Peach Pollen Viability

Using red peach pollen as test materials,through the preparation of different culture medium,by using the single factor completely random solid training method,this paper studied the influence of red paper pollen life force under the different conditions.The results showed that the most suitable proper basic culture media composition was 15% sugars+100 mg/L boric acid+0.7% agars.Under the different temperature hoarding of pollen life dint along with store time of the extension all presented the descendent trend and descended under 0℃ conditions the most slow-moving,under the 20℃ conditions descended most quickly.The germination rate with 0.2mg/L 6-BA effected best,the overall effect of zinc sulfate on the red peach pollen germination was not too obvious.The benefit sprouts at the pollen of other factor densities were 20mg/L Ca2+,0.06mg/L Zn2+and 4.0mg/L NAA.
