Liu Yanxia,Gong Ziyong,Wan Shuqing(Key Lab of Pesticide and Chemical Biology,Ministry of Education,Laboratory of Insect Toxicology,South China Agricultural University,Guangzhou 510642,China)
By using growth rate methods, the antifungal activity of Clausena lansium methanol extract was assayed against 7 fruit pathogenic fungi. The results showed that the antifungal rates of the extract were 87.36% and 84.55% to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense,respectively,at the concentration of 10 mg/mL.Total clausenamide alkaloids was extracted from methanol extract, and the EC50 of total alkaloids against the two fungi was 0.78 mg/mL and 0.81 mg/mL,respectively.Lansiumamide B was further extracted from total alkaloids, and its antifungal rates to the fungi were 83.33% and 60.78%,respectively,at the concentration of 0.08 mg/mL.
