THE INHIBITORY EFFECT OF EXTRACT FROM GINKGO ON FOUR KINDS OF PLANT PATHOGENS

The experiment was conducted for the study of the inhibitors from root, stem, leaf and fruit of ginkgo. Extraction was made by organic solvent of petroleum ether, aceton and ethyl alcohol, respectively. The results showed that these extracts were able to inhibit the growth of Helminthosporium maydis and Physaclospora piricola. Among them the inhibition of extract from the leaf was the best. The Alcohol extract from fruit was more effective and inhibition rates of Botryosphaeria ribis were 68. 5% and 44. 4% at the content of 10 and 25 times dilution respectively, and inhibition rates of Valsa mail were 100% and 50% at the same concentrations.
