Slow Traffic Study Based on the Concept of Sustainable Human Settlements Environment——Case Study on Changsha

Slow traffic is an important part of urban transport system and also is an important research.areas of sustainable human settlements.Article describes the functional characteristics of slow traffic,through research and analysis Changsha slow traffic system's problems and challenges,reflect the current lag slow traffic,Propose a series of new measures based on the concept of sustainable human settlements slow traffic system.
