Infection situation and drug sensitivity analysis of mycoplasma,Chlamydia trachomatis,Neisseria gonorrhoeae in 2013 infertile women

Objective:To study the infection situation and drug sensitivity test of mycoplasma,chlamydia trachomatis,neisseria gonorrhoeae in infertile women in Ningbo.Methods: 2013 cases of infertile women were conducted examination of mycoplasma,chlamydia trachomatis,neisseria gonorrhoeae,and the drug sensitivity test was done for positive cases.Results: In 2013 cases of patients,921 cases were the positive patients,and positive rate was 45.75%,in which UU positive was 752 cases,UU+MH positive was 100 cases,MH positive was 39 cases,CT positive was 15 cases,CT+UU positive was 9 cases,CT+MH positive was 3 cases,CT+UU+MH positive was 2 cases,NG+UU positive was 1 case.The result of susceptibility test showed that the sensitive drugs to UU were Doxycycline,Josamycin,Erythromycin,Tetracycline,Azithromycin,Clarithromycin,Pristinamycin;The sensitive drugs to both MH and UU+MH were Doxycycline,Josamycin,Tetracycline,Pristinamycin.Conclusion: The detection rate of pathogens were relatively high in infertile women,it is important to select antibiotics according to the susceptibility test and the types of pathogens to prevent the production of antibiotic resistant strains.
