It was observed that in etiolated mungbean hypocotyl segments the synthesisof ACC and the capability of tissue to conjugate ACC to MACC was stimulatedby epibrassinolide (0.001-10 ppm). MACC was formed from the most of ACCand greatly accumulated in the epibrassinolide-treated tissues. There was noeffect of epibrassinolide on EFE.
