Effect of family empowerment nursing intervention on the treatment of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease during guardianship

Objective:To explore the effect of family empowerment on ICU care in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods:86 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=40)according to the order of treatment.The ICU routine nursing measures were implemented in the control group.The observation group was combined with family weight nursing intervention on the basis of ICU routine nursing measures.The quality of life scores,treatment compliance,and satisfaction of patients and their families were compared.Results:The quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:Family Empowerment Nursing Intervention by changing the ICU existing visit mode,reduce family negative emotions,significantly promote patient rehabilitation,improve service satisfaction,harmonious medical and nurse-patient relationship.
