Research Progress in NdFeB Permanent Magnetic Thin Film

The research status at home and abroad of NdFeB thin film was reviewed.The preparation of NdFeB thin film and the influences of sputtering power,sputtering gas and target-substrate distance on NdFeB thin film were introduced and analyzed.Application field of NdFeB permanent magnetic thin film was summarized and the development trends and prospects in NdFeB permanent magnetic thin film were pointed out.
