Design of open CNC motion control system based on PC104 main controller

The open,low cost,reconfigurable CNC motion control system is becoming more and more important with the growing manufacturing industry. In this system,PC104 is used as the main controller to control the servo motor by PID algorithm. Input and output of the system are planed by programming in order to make the servo motor obtain the optimizing trajectory. Under the premise of low cost and high performance,the open software and hardware of CNC motion system are established,modularized reconfigurable system are implemented,and interactive control mechanisms are developed. The experiments show that the system has high real-time performance and stability.
