Choice of Technical Parameter and Iron Loss Test of Large Bulb Tubular Hydro Generators Set

The generator stator core of Qiaogong Hydropower Station is assembled at the site.According to national rules and regulations,iron loss test is carried out to exam the compacting bolt,spot the fault point of partial heating and test insulation performance.This test minimizes test error through best choice of wiring mode,reasonable calculation of test parameter and detailed analysis of test result,therefore iron core loss per unit and other indexes are superior to national or industrial standards,providing reference to stator inspection and repair.
