Study the Effect of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Makin in Restraining Thrombosis in Vivo of Experimental Mice

Ci Mingyu,Zhang Zhengbo,Zhen Guiyuan et al.
Objective:To observe the effect of gynostemma pentaphyllum makin in restraining thrombosis in vivo of experimental mice. Methods:Gynostemma pentaphyllum makin had been affused in the stomach of experimental mice in three dosages:20g/kg,40g/kg,60g/kg.Apply the way of by-passed artery and vein and the way of electricity stimulation in experimental mice to forme thrombosis, observe the effect of gynostemma pentaphyllum makin in the thrombosis. Results:The weight of thrombosis was 25.6±3.9mg,22.4±3.3mg and 22.0±3.6mg repectively in the models of by-passed artery and vein, and had significant difference in comparison with the controlled group (29.0±3.1mg)(P0.01),the rate of restraining thrombosis was 11.7%,22.8% and 24.1%;The time of thrombosis (OT) was 1128.5±346.5s、876.2±133.2s、778.5±76.3s in comparison with the controlled group (696.6±44.5s) and there was a significant difference between them (P0.01).Conclusion:The drug, gynostemma pentaphyllum makin, can be used in restraining the thrombosis of experimental mice.
