Researches of Polysacchaides from Spores of Agaricusbaizei Murill Inhibiting Transplanted Tumor in the Nude Rats

Objective:To research the molecular mechanism of polysacchaides from spores of agaricusbaizei murill by observing the function of inhibiting tumor on SGC-7901 in the nude rats.Methods:Human gastric cancer SGC-7901 that grew logarithmically were transplanted subcutaneously to BALB/C-nu/nu mice and model of xenoplanted tumor was established,25 mice were divided randomly into 5 groups,including xianggu polysaccharide group,large,middle,small dose group of polysacchaides from spores of agaricusbaizei murill and blank group.Results:Compared with blank group,large,middle and small dose group of polysacchaides from spores of agaricusbaizei murill and xianggu polysaccharide can inhibit every markedly the growing tumor(P0.01)and can increase the spleen index(P0.05).Conclusion:Polysacchaides from spores of agaricusbaizei murill can inhibite tumor by raising function of immunity of body.
