Clinical diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness

Sudden deafness is a common disease of ENT,characterized by acute onset.Half of the patients are often accompanied by vertigo and nausea.If not treated in time,it will become a permanent deafness.In recent years,as people's life rhythm accelerating,sudden deafness morbidity shows a rising trend annually.Sudden deafness pathogenesis is generally due to virus infection,blood supply disturbance of inner ear,systemic disease and other factors.This paper author also summarizes the common symptoms,diagnosis method,differential diagnosis and all kinds of systemic drug treatments,hyperbaric oxygen therapy,the local drug therapy,Chinese medicine treatment and acupuncture therapy.The various treatments have strong pertinence and scientificity.
