The Historical Logic,Practical Difficulties and Improvement Strategy of the Linkage of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

The linkage of secondary and higher vocational education is the result of the development of vocational educa. tion under specific historical stage.The issue on linkage is controlled by three historical logics: social policy guiding,sup. ply and demand of talents on labour market,and vocational education system's own evolution.In the view of historical logic,secondary and higher vocational education is in face with some practical difficulties such as"insufficient"attrac. tion,limited high-end development and low representativeness of vocational education system.To solve the difficulties,it must return to the"natural attraction"of vocational education,extend the development space of"post-stage of linkage of secondary and higher vocational education",enrich the connotation of the relationship between secondary and higher voca. tional education,and satisfy the expectations of lifelong learning society.
