Clinical Study of Warming Yang to Expel Coldness and Invigorating Qi and Nourishing Blood Recipe on the Dendritic Cell in Peripheral Blood of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and change of dendritic cell (DC) in peripheral blood.Methods:41 patients of NSCLC were divided into control group and treating group randomly.20 patients in control group were given routine chemotherapy.21 patients in treating group were given Warming Yang to Expel Coldness and Invigorating Qi and Nourishing Blood Recipe (WYECIQNBR) and routine chemotherapy in the same time.After 56 days,measured the dimension of primary tumor,the metastasis,the change of KPS,DC in peripheral blood.Results:There were no significant difference between these two groups in the dimension of primary tumor.The metastasis of lymph node of treating group was significantly less than control group.The improvement and stabilization ratio of KPS in treating group was significantly higher than control group.The DC in peripheral blood of treating group was significantly higher than control group after treatment.Conclusion:WYECIQNBR combined with chemotherapy can reduce the metastasis of lymph node and improve the living quality of NSCLC patients.The mechanism of efficiency has some relationship with the improvement of the number of DC.
