The Inhibted Effect of Chlorogenic Acid from the Honeysuckle on Virus in Vitro

Objective:To study the effect on virus inhibition by Chlorogenic acid in vitro. Methods:Utilizing the culture hep-2 cell and the mixed experiment to observe the inhibited effect of Chlorogenic acid on virus of commonly seen in respiratory tract infection. Results:The concentration of Chlorogenic acid separately being 0. 05mg/mL、0. 1mg/mL、0. 4mg/mL、0. 8mg/mL,could separately inhibite Respiratory Syncytia Virus、Cox-sackie B3 virus、Adeno-Associated 7 virus、Adeno-Associated 3 virus and Coxsackie B5 virus. Conclusion:Chlorogenic acid has a strong inhibited effect on virus of commonly seen in respiratory tract infection.
