Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Euphorbia Ebracteolata Hayata

Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata.Methods 2,4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-methylacetophenone was used as the internal standard substance.The reversed phase HPLC system consisted of a C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) and a mixture of acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase with gradient elution mode at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The absorbance was monitored at 226 nm and the column temperature was 20 ℃.Results A satisfactory method for HPLC fingerprint determination of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata was established,12 characteristic peaks in the HPLC fingerprint were indicated.Conclusion The method is simple and accuracy with good reproducibility and can be used as a quality control method for Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata.
