Relationship between chlamydiatrachomatis and ureaplasma and missed abortion in pregnant women.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the infections of Chlamydiatrachomatis(CT) and Ureaplasmaurealyticum(UU) in the genital tract and the occurrence of th Missed abortion in pregnant women.Methods:Immunochromatography method、cultivation method were used to detect the CT and UU infection in 148 Missed abortion patients,another 150 normal pregnant women were servedas controls.Results:In the patients group,the positiverate of CT,UU and both was 20.95%,33.11%,and 10.14%in the abortion group,And 5.33%,8.67% and 2.67% in the control,respectively.The difference of the positiverate between the two groups was significant(P0.01).Conclusion:CT and UU infections in the genital duct are compact associated with Missed abortion and are one of the causes of Missed abortion in pregnant women.
