Effect of kumquat flavone on blood glucose in mice

Object:To studies the effect of kumquat flavone on diabetes mice's and the normal mice's blood glucose.Method:The diabetes model was made by allaxon.The effect of kumquat flavone on the diabetes mice's and the normal mice's blood glucose were studied by different producing area(Hunan Liuyang,Jiangxi Suichuan) and different doses(160 mg/kg,80 mg/kg,20 mg/kg),separately.Result:Compared with model group,the dose of 160 mg/kg had markedness effect on diabetes mice's 6th dayblood glucose and had greatly markedness effect on 17th day blood glucose;the dose of 80 mg/kg had markedness effect on the diabetes mice's 17th day blood glucose.All of doses had no obvious effect on the normal mice's blood glucose.Conclusion:Kumquat flavone had obvious effect on the diabetes mice's blood glucose.
