De-Smet cold dehulling process

ZUO Qing (Guangzhou Green Oil Industrial Co.,Ltd.,Guangzhou 510091,China)  
The cold dehulling technology of De-Smet was introduced.The water content of soybean decreased from 12% to 9.5%-10% when the soybean was dried for 30-40 min,followed by buffering for 48 h.The dehulling efficiency reached 82%-85%,and the oil content in the hull was less than 1.6%.
