Physical Simulation and Virtual Reality Platporm of Flow Control System for Hot Rolling

The structure and functions of physical simulation and virtual reality platform of flow control system for hot rolling were introduced.The basic automation,process automation and three-dimensional virtual simulations were described.Based on it,the data communication,material tracking,model calculation and process scheduling could be simulated.The system was applied in 1750mm hot strip rolling line of Bayi Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.and UPV Plant of CSN Co.of Brazil,and good effects were obtained.
