At present,the self-employment of female university students have some general characteristics:the idealization of plan,the individual management,the tertiary industry and so on.It is also influenced by various kinds of factors.So we need to create harmonious social atmosphere,improve policy environment,perfect the educate system of self-employment,which can promote the self-employment of female university students and help the female university students get rid of the difficulty of employment.
