Based on the perspective of commonality, Hardt and Negri argued that the commons had become a central element of all the economic sectors of capitalism, and private property was a failure of the commonality,by examining the role of the commons, they emphasized the commonality as the focus of struggle to create common wealth, and proposed the revolutionary struggle model to capture the commons. Based on the perspective of shared resources,Harvey argued that the occupying and privatization of the commons were at the heart of capitalist development. He treated the commons as a social relationship, advocated that collective labor created the commons, proposed a political awareness of sharing of the commons for social benefits and positioned it as an anti-capitalist politics frame.
