HYDRODYNAMICS BEHAVIORS OF PLASTICS MELT AND FLOW BALANCE IN THE“H”TYPE SUB-RUNNER OF MOULD

During the production of small size plastics products with a multi-cavity mould, it will face with a problem of flow balance about sub-runner. The relationship about dynamics behaviors of plastics melt and its flow balance in the sub-runner of mould is found by analyzing the dynamics of liquid flow in pipe. The flow balance in the sub-runner of mould is sensitive to injection rate of plastics melt. In making plastics products, regulating the injection rate of plastics melt is a key.
