DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPARENT PVC THICK-BOARD

In order to improve the properties of transparent PVC thick-board, the formula was designed and optimized, and the molding parameter was chosen. The effect of impact modifier, heating stabilizer, machining additive and lubricant impact resistance additive in transparent PVC thick-board system was discussed. The principle and produce technology were put forward, and the optimized molding parameter was obtained through experiment. The transparent PVC thick-board whose thickness was greater than 1.2 mm was produced, which could satisfy the demand of applying.
