Experimental indoor study on application of enzymes for peaty soil stabilization

YAO Xuequn,LI Lirong,MO Nanming(Arts and Architecthure Engineering Department of Kunming University,Kunming 650216,China)  
By adoptting protease that is a kind of enzymes which is homemade and hemihydrate gypsum as additives,for black peaty soil solidified with the cement,made a process of experimental study on unconfined compression strength tests which is orthogonal designed by different age of different mixed ratio of solidified soil.Analysed the result of variance and markedness of the experiment.In addition,texted the resist of sulphate of the solidified soil.It validated this protease and gypsum have effect to inhance the strength of peaty solidified soil with the cement,and it has a definite ability to resist sulphate.
