Nonlinear finite element analysis of concrete sandwich panel under vertical loading

In this paper,we analyze the mechanical properties of concrete sandwich wall-panel with and without opening under vertical loading with nonlinear finite element method,research the impact of loading form,wire diameter and opening rate on the performance of CS wall.The results show:the stress of steel wire is directly related to loading form,oblique wire mainly bear the stress caused by the loading difference of two sides concrete wall-panels,it makes both sides of concrete panel work together better.With the increase of oblique wire diameter,its influence to the mechanical properties of wall-panel increases.The stress of steel wire decreases.Within a certain range,vertical displacement of wall decreases as the diameter increases.After open hole in wall-panel,crack appear at the top of opening,steel wire tensile stress concentration,the results show the height of opening has little effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of wall.Measures should be taken to ensure wall-panel is effective load-bearing component.
